We give up to 10 minutes for children to cooperate, after that time we call it, no refunds or credits due to blocked time set aside and set up costs.

DURING: After sterilizing, we place a dot on each ear with a disposable marker and take measurements for best placement. The actual piercing takes seconds to do on each ear, the backing is put on, we clean each ear, and go over aftercare instructions before sending you on your way! 🙂

- Use common sense, you're still growing, piercings can shift, migrate out, or distort and cause scarring. We reserve the right to refuse to do certain piercings on anyone under 18.

We pierce with surgical stainless steel, 14 or 18k solid gold, or titanium jewelry only. Sterling silver, plated, and other materials cannot be used for initial piercing. We will not pierce with anything else. We DO NOT pierce with jewelry brought in! No exceptions.
ID POLICY

CLEAN 3-6X DAILY USING H2OCEAN SPRAY OR DR. PIERCING AFTERCARE.
TIP: Be sure to remove lymph secretions and any residue on the jewelry and around the piercing with aftercare cleaner. Friction can cause keloids/bumps, which can come from dried lymph, laying on piercing, or repeated exposure to phones, earplugs continuously without cleaning.
TIP: If jewelry does not move freely, it needs cleaned.
DON'T

DON'T SUBMERSE YOUR PIERCING OR SWIM IN POOLS OR OTHER BODIES OF PUBLIC WATER DURING HEALING, THESE ARE BREEDING GROUNDS FOR BACTERIA.

DON'T TOUCH PIERCINGS WITH UNWASHED HANDS.

DO mouthwash after each time you eat or drink

DON'T eat cheese pizza, seeded fruits, or noodles for tongue piercings while healing.

GENERAL HEALING TIMES FOR PIERCINGS
APPROXIMATE HEALING TIMES FOR MOST PEOPLE
Vary person to person, keep in mind your piercing may heal more quickly or take even longer.
CONTINUE SUGGESTED AFTERCARE FOR AT LEAST THE AMOUNT OF TIME LISTED BELOW FOR YOUR PIERCING. Toward the end of suggested healing time, 1x daily cleaning is still recommended. When your piercing is healed, jewelry can safely be changed but it should not be left out longer than it takes to switch the jewelry. Even once the hole becomes permanent it can still shrink and make jewelry reinsertion more difficult. Clear retainers can be put into healed piercings temporarily to help hide for work or for medical purposes
