WHAT IS PHIREMOVAL?
NON - LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
Phi Removal is a newer, non laser, non surgical form of tattoo removal that helps remove unwanted old permanent makeup and tattoos safely and effectively. Gentle to the skin, yet effective. Sessions can be completed as soon as every 3-6 weeks. 2 different techniques. Many times these 2 techniques are combined through the removal process, and customized client to client for optimal results.

NON - LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
A newer product called Phi Enzyme Power can now be used on large areas such as sleeves or backpieces, and is a better option for those higher on the fitzpatrick skin scale. Sessions done as soon as every 3 weeks! Gentle on skin and causes very little scabbing if any! Redness similar to a sunburn is expected for a few hours immediately after session. Many times skin peels similar to a sunburn as the tattoo lightens within days. Average 10 days to see the results, multiple sessions recommended, determination on case by case basis and removal goals.
This technique does not push ink into the body the way laser does, it is all removed topically with minimal discomfort and safe for most people.
PhiRemoval LIGHT
NON - LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
PhiRemoval Light product is based on glycolic acid - similar to facial peel technique. Sessions can be completed as soon as every 4-6 weeks. Tool similar to tattooing is used to gently seed topical into top layer of skin. The tattoo extraction formula starts working almost immediately after drawing over the original tattoo ink, moving upwardly through the skin. Scab containing tattoo ink is formed over the treated area within 48 hours. As skin heals, tattoo ink gets drawn out the scab and starts to peel off naturally, extracting unwanted tattoo ink. You are likely to see a secondary scab containing even more tattoo ink form, fading ink even more. Topical aftercare creams are given for optimal healing of your tattoo removal. Multiple sessions are needed.
PhiRemoval Light gets rid of titanium dioxide (white ink) and does not "carbonize," or darken white inks which laser tattoo removal is known to cause. We break up larger tattoos into a grid or sections for faster healing if using this technique. This removal technique is a must if you have camouflage or white ink in your tattoo!

Compared to laser removal; laser pushes ink into your body after it fractures the ink into tiny nano particles, which then travel through your body and must then exit through the kidneys over a 12 week wait time.

PhiRemoval can be done as soon as every 3-6 weeks once you start the removal process, it removes ink topically, so it exits the body using your natural healing process rather than pushing it in like laser.

Compared to laser, phiRemoval does not emit heat, laser can cause hyperpigmentation on certain skin types.

PhiRemoval is great for removal of old permanent makeup if you want microblading done!

REMOVAL AFTERCARE
DO
-
Dry heal first 48 hours. Do not expose to water, soap, etc.

After 48 hours use Skin Candy Scar Protection (yellow) 2-3x daily for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks, or after scabs come off, use Skin Candy Anti-Scar Cream (white) 2-3x daily for up to 30 days. - you can skip this step if you did ENZYME technique.

ONLY USE AFTERCARE GIVEN BY YOUR TECHNICIAN!

Keep in touch with professional who performed procedure every 3 days (picture taken in well lit area and sent sufficient) THIS IS REQUIRED. Failure to send photos to your artist may result in refusal to give you future removal treatments.
TIP: Apply aftercare with q-tip; not fingers; to prevent cross-contamination in container. Complimentary aftercare samples have been given for optimal healing. If you need more please contact your artist! (this is for tattoo removal only)
TIP: For certain areas, can gently use cuticle scissors to cut away a hanging scab. Never pull a scab off, there may be areas still healing. A scab is your body's natural band-aid protecting new healthy skin underneath.
DON'T

Do not scratch, peel or pick, doing so will cause infection and/or permanent scarring

Do not us decorative/hygiene cosmetics in removal area for 10-14 days, do not try to remove scab by yourself, leave it to peel off naturally.

Do not use tanning beds, avoid sun for 2 weeks after procedure. After 2 weeks use adequate sun protection care. Several weeks sun protection required.

Avoid baths, saunas and pools for 2 weeks after procedure.

Avoid any facial treatments after procedure if done in facial area.

Avoid exercise for 7 days after treatment
