KEEP IT SHORT to the point!
Fill in words, paragraphs, personal stories behind design should not be texted, and should be saved for the actual tattoo appointment, if it cannot be short, set up a consultation!
Complex, long texts, or designs needing quite a bit of customization, we will require consultation appointment! We answer multiple texts daily, short texts allow us to answer efficiently.
Once we give you a price, we'll text you our next soonest availability and can email you an invoice to leave deposit by card. IF REQUESTING A CONSULTATION, we'll let you know our next soonest and send invoice. Once deposit paid, we'll text you a one time appointment reminder so you know you are scheduled.
TATTOO TOUCH UP POLICY: Touch ups free when scheduled with next PAID for tattoo. Touch ups of other artists work are at regular tattoo pricing.

PIERCINGS POLICY
Every piercing will have different results based on anatomy, health of client, age, occupational hazards to consider, etc and how well aftercare and cleaning is followed. Communication is key in keeping your piercing until fully healed.

TOUCH UPS ARE FREE ONLY IF SCHEDULED WITH YOUR NEXT PAID FOR TATTOO, MUST MENTION AHEAD TO FIT TIME IN, DUE TO OTHER CLIENT APPOINTMENTS.
TOUCH UPS BY THEMSELVES
CURRENTLY SHOP MINIMUM $100 DUE TO COST OF SUPPLIES AND MEDICAL SETUP AND STERILIZATION COSTS.

FOR TATTOOS DONE ON HANDS, FINGERS, FEET, ELBOWS, OR KNEES.
The skin on your palms, your fingers, the soles of your feet, even your knees and elbows regenerates ten times faster than anywhere else on your body due to amount of wear and tear these parts of the body receive daily, which can cause these tattoos to fade or not hold. These areas are common to need touch ups - touch ups price on these areas may cost more. No exceptions!

FURTHER DEPOSIT DISCLOSURE:

Goes toward tattoo or piercing recently priced, cannot be transferred to another person or a different tattoo.

Can be lost for significantly changing tattoo design. Due to ours and our clientele's valuable time, if tattoo scheduled is changed for something lesser, the quoted price will still be due in full. Save up! Don't be indecisive changing design at others' expense.

Tattoo appointments cannot be switched for a piercing appointment and vise versa.

Tattoos are forever, we understand that occasions arise where you may want to change your tattoo design. Last minute changes or changes after scheduling an appointment are FROWNED UPON as it can affect our other clients appointment times and costs us extra time in preparing new stencils/drawings in between our daily appointments. This is why we highly recommend a consultation appointment before the tattoo appointment if you are indecisive.

Minor alterations to a design are okay at our discretion, and must be approved by us well before an appointment - with a likely need to reschedule.

Deposits can be lost for not bringing in proper ID to your appointment or not having legal guardian/parent present if under 18. See ID policy.

PRICING POLICY
All Prices given by us are in WRITTEN FORM only, by text message. We will never honor a verbal agreement on pricing, deals, etc. Absolutely no exceptions EVER made to this rule. Pricing subject to change if appointment is not set up following price given. All sales final.

Limit to 1 guest, no lobby or waiting area is offered. Please be respectful of our space so we can work. Please limit belongings you bring in room.
SENSITIVITY PATCH TEST
Patch Test can help determine if a product such as ink, ointments or any products used during tattooing or other treatments might cause any kind of inflammation or allergic reaction. Great option to put you at ease if you have multiple allergies or concerns for very sensitive skin.

A NOTE ON NUMBING FOR TATTOOS
WE DO NOT OFFER NUMBING BEFORE STARTING A TATTOO
PLEASE BE ADVISED:

Due to time constraints: numbing NOT OFFERED beforehand for tattoos. Topical numbing must be applied 45 minutes to 1 hour before your planned tattoo on your own time if you choose to use. TIP: Take a hot shower to help open pores, use skin exfoliant product. Then after applying numbing product, wrap in suran wrap. This will trap body heat under the wrap, allowing your pores to open and absorb numbing more efficiently.

For larger tattoos with lots of color or shading, we do offer an optional 5% Lidocaine spray that can only be used after doing the initial linework (must be applied to 'broken' skin to absorb.
RISKS NUMBING TATTOOS:
-
The risk is small, but you should consider the following when looking into using numbing product for purpose of inking.
-
All topical numbing products have a"vasoconstrictor," side effect - essentially slowing the blood flow of tiny blood vessels (capillaries) temporarily to skin surface.
-
This side effect makes skin have less elasticity, therefore it can take longer to tattoo because the artist cannot 'stretch' the skin as efficiently to apply ink.
-
This increases chance for needing touch up at cost, because ink does not always cooperate going into the skin as well when the skin is numbed.
-
With skincare services there are no issues, this is a factor to consider only when putting ink into skin.

For everyone's safety, zero tolerance for multiple young children brought into studio. We do not have a waiting area. A bench seat is available in hallway. Rule of thumb: 1 adult must accompany per child. You will lose deposit for not following this rule, no exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who becomes unreasonable, argumentative, violates shop policy, or appears under the influence of any type of drugs. Policies are in place in order to conduct business in a professional, safe, and enjoyable manner to keep our creativity and precision art going.
